TERMS APPLY TO WEB AND TELEPHONE SALES
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through our website. They do not apply to purchases made at our stores where different terms may apply.

WHO CAN BUY
Our prices are in EUR and include all duties and VAT. We can only supply customers who are over the age of 18 yrs.

PAYMENT
PAYMENT ON LINE
You can pay online through the industry standard secure payment system on our website. All card details are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using high standards of encryption.
The system is secure and we know of no cases of fraud associated with the system.

PAYMENT OFF-LINE
If you prefer you can place your order and arrange payment off line by telephoning our team on +420 (0) 246 019 959 during the hours Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00. We can accept payment by cheque through the post or by card over the telephone.

YOUR ORDER - KEEPING YOU INFORMED
We shall email you a confirmation of receipt of your order.
We shall also email you when the goods have been despatched. Delivery will then be made before 12.30 on the working day after the date of despatch if a delivery does not arrive on the day after despatch please contact us.

DELIVERY DAY AND MAIL SERVICE
The Mail Special Delivery will not always guarantee a delivery for a Saturday. Our experience is that they usually do deliver on a Saturday but it cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday.
An item despatched by us on Friday will usually be delivered on Saturday but may arrive on Monday.
Deliveries will not be made on Bank Holidays.

LIABILITY FOR DELAY
Whilst we make every endeavour to supply items in a reasonable timescale we cannot accept any liability for late delivery or failure to fulfil an order in a particular timescale.

COMPLAINTS
Our aim is to give satisfaction to our customers. We hope that you will not have any cause to complain about the service or products we provide.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

21 DAY MONEY BACK PROMISE
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a "cooling off period" of seven days giving you the right to return goods for a full refund. This does not include items which have been especially made for you or have some associated hygiene requirement such as earrings or body jewellery.

We offer our customers the opportunity to return items within a twenty one day cooling off period after the item has been despatched by us.

Items returned for a refund must be returned in good condition, unused, with original packaging and paperwork. The items must arrive at our office within 21 days of our despatch date to you.

Our earrings and body jewellery will be supplied in sealed packets. You may only return earrings or body jewellery for a refund during this 21 day period if the sealed package has not been tampered with.

RETURNING ITEMS TO US BY POST
You will receive details and a return form with your order to enable you to return the item. Simply return the unused item in good condition, with original paperwork and packaging byl Mail Special Delivery and a refund of the purchase price will be made by the method used for the purchase. You will pay the costs of returning the item and we shall refund the purchase price you paid excluding any delivery charges.

GUARANTEES

JEWELLERY GUARANTEES
Our jewellery is guaranteed, for one year, to be free of manufacturing or material faults and to be suitable for the purpose it was sold as required under the terms of the relevant Sale of Goods Acts. You can return jewellery items to us for assessment and action if you have a claim under this guarantee. We may, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund under the terms of the Sale of Goods Act.
Our guarantee does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse of the goods.

WATCH GUARANTEES
After the initial 21-day money back promise period our watches are covered by a manufacturer’s written guarantee supplied with the watch. You are able to return goods to the address shown on the guarantee for repair under the terms of their guarantee. You will need to keep the guarantee and your original purchase receipt to support any guarantee claim.

PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION

Wewill not disclose your details to any third parties without your consent.

Cookies are used on this shopping site only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and activities on the site once you have made your selection.

We will collect information about you for two reasons: firstly to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

The type of information we will collect and will be kept up to date and includes:

  • Phone number
  • Email address

Any information we keep is used under the strict guidelines of The Data Protection Act 1998 and will be held securely in accordance with the law and good business practice.

We do not keep any credit card information on our systems. We only take credit card information in order to transmit it to the secure payment gateway.

SIZES
RING SIZES

We will supply a ring in the size ordered. If you find that a ring is the incorrect size you can return it to us, within 21-days of purchase for alteration to your size. We do not charge for this alteration service.
You can print out our ring size chart to help you order your correct size – full details are printed on the ring size chart. We can also send you a gauge to measure your finger with please email support@JewelleryMart.com with your request giving your postal address for delivery of the free gauge.

WATCH BRACELET SIZES
All watch bracelets are adjustable. If you find the watch purchased is the incorrect size use the supplied measuring gauge to measure your wrist and then send the watch to us for alteration. There is no charge for this service. You may also take the watch to one of our stores where an alteration will usually be done while you wait and free of charge. It may not always be possible to alter the bracelet while you wait but our staff will certainly try to do so. Many other high street jewellers will undertake alterations but they may charge for this service.

Some watches may need to be returned to the manufacturers for alteration.

PRICES
RECOMMENDED RETAIL PRICES

We specialise in supplying jewellery and watches at discount prices. We do this by supplying previous season products, manufacturer’s excess production and similar products.
The recommended retail price is the price that is suggested or recommended for these items by manufacturers, or agents, or suppliers. Some of the items may have been sold at the higher price at selected other stores associated with our business.

STATUTORY RIGHTS AND THE LAW
Our aim is to give our customers a successful shopping experience. Our terms are intended to give rights, for example by increasing the length of time for cooling off and changing your mind or returning the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are construed under Czech Republic. By placing an order you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

All our jewellery is hallmarked to current EU hallmarking regulations. We operate strict quality control procedures so our customers can always be assured of the high standard of jewellery purchased.

Confidence

We have a combined experience in jewellery retailing. We are often asked "how can you sell at these prices" the simple answer is that we use our experience and contacts to source the best possible value in jewellery and watches from suppliers throughout the world. We specialise in supplying end of line and previous season products. The savings we make in sourcing these products are all passed on to our customers. All items we sell are new and perfect goods; we do not sell seconds or second-hand items.

Deliveries

We dispatch to your door by Mail Special Delivery. This is a reliable service and a signature will be required on delivery. If you are out when a delivery is attempted the goods will not be left but the postman will leave a card. You can then arrange to collect the item from your local sorting office or specify a suitable day for delivery.

All items, except rings in some sizes, shown on our website are available from current stock. We aim to despatch within two days of receiving your order. We only despatch Monday to Friday.

Your order should therefore normally arrive with you in 4 to 5 working days. This period may be longer for rings where a particular size is required.

Whilst we try to deliver to you within up to 5 working days please allow up to 21-days for delivery. If we have any difficulty with making the supply within 21 days we shall contact you to discuss the matter. We shall keep you informed of the likely delivery date.

We charge EUR 10.00 for delivery of each parcel. If you order several items for delivery to one address then the charge will still be just EUR 10.00 for the total order. Even if we have to send it in two parcels you will only pay one delivery charge.
